Things to do before medical test in army and PAF, Navy

You should do the following 04 things before appearing in Medical Examination

1. Cleaning of ears

Medical se aik din pehle kaan zaroor saaf kara lein doctor se because agr aapkey kaan mein wax hogi tou aapko temporary unfit kardia jayega aur millitary hospital se clearness lena paregi which will cost you more than normal. So better hai ke aap kam paison mein ye pehle se kara lein.

2. Cleaning of Teeth

Medical sa Pehla Dentist ka pass ja kar apna teeth waghera ka chota mota issues correct karwaein filling ke zarrorat hai filling karwaein. Proper saaf karwa kar jaein.

3. Cleaning of Your Nose

Nose waghera check karwa kar jaein agar koi DNS ka issue hai tou usko correct karwa lein timely.

4. Full body Cleaning

Full body exam ination bhi hoti hai. So for impression, be neat and clean. Gher Zaroori Baalo ko saaf karwa k jayen, Naha k jayen

Medical Issues Jin per apko CMH Refer kiya jata hai..

a. Knock Knees b. Carrying Angle c. DNS d. Varicose Veins e. Eyesight it. Flat Feet g. Dental Issues h. Earwax In case of the above abnormalities, you will be referred to a Military hospital. (Your nearest one). Refer form lay, you will visit a military hospital and you will be checked by a specialist doctor. Wo doctor apko FIT or UNFIT declare karay ga But refer janay se pehlay, ik dafa specialist doctor ka zaroor pata katen, coz unkay special days hotay hen, Ye na ho apka fazoof me chakar lag jaye.
